Giliyal Industries is a sole proprietorship and family-owned business based in Peenya Industrial Estate, Bangalore and is owned by Giliyal Jayaram Bhat.
It was founded on June 23, 1983 and has been providing high quality Blowers, Blower systems and Combustion Equipment for over 4 decades.
We have a well-equipped manufacturing factory with required machineries like Dynamic balancing Machine, Nibbling Machine, Co2 Welding, Arc Welding, Lathe machine, Drilling machine etc. We also have DG set as a stand by Power Source.
We manufacture Centrifugal Air Blowers and Axial Fans for various applications like Combustion, Exhaust, Ventilation, Hot Air Circulation, Dust Collection, Materials Conveying, Biomass Gas application etc.
We have developed Dust Collection units for companies such as MICO, L&T and BFW to name a few. We have also been supplying high quality Blowers to Toyota Group, Wheel and Axle Plant, Tata Ceramics, Shardlow India Ltd, H&R Johnson, Birla 3M, Buhler India Ltd.
Quality is our primary motto and strength. We only use high quality, highly reputed raw materials and consumables.
While we have our regular standard design and sizes, we also design and manufacture blowers as per customer’s requirements.
Giliyal is currently in the process of expansion under the leadership of GJ Bhat and the management of Parvathi Bhat Giliyal and Retired Squadron Leader Partha J Bhat.

Meet the Team
GJ Bhat is an industrialist who founded Giliyal Industries on June 23, 1983 in Bangalore after working as apprentice at his brother, GC Bhat’s factory- Ishwar engineering Company, Mumbai for 5 years. There he demonstrated exceptional talent and an uncanny ability to dissect and optimize complex manufacturing processes. Throughout his career spanning 45 years, GJ Bhat has been at the forefront of innovation, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in manufacturing. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise in the blower design and production.
He is also an accomplished visual artist having obtained fine art degrees later in life while he pursued his passion for painting. He has had several successful solo and group exhibitions in India and abroad.
He is an avid sports enthusiast and regularly swims and plays tennis.

Parvathi is a Procurement and Finance specialist whose experience includes IBM India, Omers Canada, KPMG Canada. She is an engineering and management graduate with a strong understanding of supply chain processes. She has also worked in Art Galleries in India and Canada as Gallery manager and educator with focus on art education. She is currently heading the Commercial operations at Giliyal.
She is a fitness enthusiast whose passions include Indoor bouldering, Swimming and Strength training

Partha is an Engineer who retired as a Squadron Leader from the Indian Air Force in 2023 before joining Giliyal to head the Technical Operations at the factory. He has worked as an Engineering Officer in frontline Helicopter units followed by a specialization in Bomb disposal and Air Armament as a Senior Armament Officer. He then moved on to work as Senior Engineer in the Mechanical Department of frontline air bases.
He is a poly athlete with keen interest in swimming, running, badminton, squash, cycling and cricket.
